Mr. Henderson is a graduate of Wittenberg University with Master’s degrees from the University of Toledo in Biochemistry and Education. A business consultant, author, entrepreneur, and investment banker, Richard Henderson has more than 35 years of practical business experience.

Working with or for manufacturing, mail order, retail, service, sales and international sales companies such as Westvaco, Hershey, Mead, Whirlpool, Kirsch and Boise Cascade, Henderson has deftly tackled a range of business management challenges – such as helping to raise millions of dollars of capital...restructuring and managing regional sales forces...negotiating environmental and labor problems...rebuilding entire divisions from the ground up...improving net operating income...and introducing innovative technology.

Dick Henderson has launched more than 15 businesses, including the Drug Emporium of Arizona, which achieved $90 million in sales revenue with 14 stores and 800 employees.

As a Managing Director of an Investment Banking firm from 1999 through 2002 he consulted, coached, developed strategy and business plans and raised capital for many businesses.

Currently CEO and President of RLH Enterprises, Inc., his personal business for over 15 years, he serves as a consultant, coach, and seminar presenter to entrepreneurs, early stage and start-up businesses.
